While I won't defend Vick's cheap shot, I will say that I understand his frustration with the officials. They called legal hits "personal fouls" vs. the Hokies, and waived off definite penalties against the Cards. Vick nearly had his head taken off via his face mask on one play, and it was waived off. Using the same criteria they used in calling penalties against the Hokies for "personal foul" and "unsportsmanlike conduct", the Cards should have had 8 or 10 called on them.
